Body Build Challenge Week3

Week 3 has just begun in the 2nd Body Corporate Body Building & Transformation Challenge.  We have 5 competitors; Catrina, Lyteshia, Anne, Dave and Scott in this round.

So far everyone has noticed significant improvements in their energy & strength levels and will start to see some fantastic physical changes over the next three weeks.

Major focus for each competitor has been nutrition & meal planning (see our online meal planner!), along with solid group training sessions.  Everyone is on target with their eating and their training, its great to see.

Must pay a mention to Catrina who has already lost 1kg in the first week.  Great result Catrina and well done!

Relaxation, are you getting enough???

Are you getting enough relaxation???? every once and a while we need to stop and re-evaluate our lifes journey. We could all use some time to relax so why not try yoga. It is great for relaxation but also the benefits of yoga include increased flexability, and strength – with long lean toned muscles, as a by product some people may find a reduction in back pain due to increased flexability. The Body Corp holds a yoga class at 6.30pm on Thursdays so why not give it a try.
