STEPPIN’ OUT - class using a platform to create an awesome fitness and fat burning workout.  Watch out, it’s also great for the thighs and butt!!  45 min session

YOGA – Relax and unwind whilst rewarding your body with a full stretch and strengthen session.  Invigorate your body and your mind.  A must for everyone.  60 min session

UNLEASHED - Want a new, sleek, sexy, sportier body??  Unleash your hidden athletic potential.  Improve fitness, strength, agility and co ordination in a fun, action packed 50min circuit
